Through art, music, and entrepreneurship, RAILROAD TRACKS MUSIC ACADEMY is on a mission to increase access and resources for BIPOC artists and underserved communities on Chicago's south and west sides. The organization accomplishes this mission through mentoring, workshops, training, workforce development, education, and events specifically for those in low-to-moderate income areas. Ultimately, Railroad Tracks Music Academy aims to redefine the landscape of music education while sparking passion for music across the entire city of Chicago.
Since 2006, En Las Tablas has provided affordable access to various performing arts classes and artistic training opportunities to children and adults in Chicago's Hermosa neighborhood and surrounding communities. Through bilingual and bicultural dance, theater, music, and creative writing courses, En Las Tablas provides a safe and inclusive space for the community members of all ages to explore their artistic expression and connect deeper with their culture.
